All project quotes are based on the delivery of agreed outputs within a defined production day or scope. The total cost includes, but is not limited to: pre-production planning, crew time, travel, equipment, filming, post-production, storage, and administrative overhead.
Should the full scope of deliverables not be captured due to client-side delays, unavailability, or any factor outside our control, the cost of the production day remains non-refundable, as the time and resources have been committed and incurred.
Refunds, where applicable, will only apply to the unused portion of post-production services (e.g., editing) that were not fulfilled. Clients will not be entitled to refunds for filming, travel, crew, or associated services once the production day has taken place.
