Service Description:
Our video services are designed to assist you in enhancing your video presentation skills, and refining your overall video content strategy. It is important to note that we are not social media managers and are not responsible for managing your accounts (messages, comments, posting or any form of engagement).
Booking and Scheduling
Clients can engage with us by scheduling a call on our website.
Sessions are subject to availability, and slots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Clients are responsible for scheduling sessions in advance and adhering to the agreed-upon schedule.
Payment
To secure your reservation slot, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit, which covers the full/half-day rate and any travel expenses for our creative team.
An additional 25% of the balance is due within 24 hours after the shoot date. This ensures your project is queued for editing, so we can meet the agreed delivery date. Please note that editing will begin only after this second payment is received, so timely payment helps keep your project on track!
The final 25% is due before we release the completed files. We’ll notify you as soon as they’re ready, and once payment is received, they’ll be delivered promptly.
Revisions
Each client is entitled to one revision per video. Additional revisions are available at a rate of £75 per revision, billed at our half-day editing rate, unless an error on our part requires further adjustments.
Due to our queuing process, a delay in receiving feedback on revisions may lead to a delay in meeting your deadline.
Ownership of Raw Footage
We retain ownership of all raw footage. Should the client wish to obtain the raw footage, it can be provided for a fee of 50% of the total project cost
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
Clients must provide at least 72 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests with an alternative date within 14 days but subject to availability.
Termination:
We reserve the right to terminate an engagement early should the client not meet all requirements agreed upon during the engagement. Additionally, we reserve the right to terminate any agreement with immediate effect in the event of any misconduct by the client.
If the Agreement is terminated before completion of the project, the Client will be responsible for payment for the Services rendered up to the termination date.
Confidentiality
All information shared during video coaching sessions will be kept strictly confidential.
We respect our clients' privacy and will not disclose any sensitive or proprietary information to third parties without explicit consent.
Intellectual Property
Any raw materials, footage, and resources provided during coaching or recording sessions remain the intellectual property of Consultridge.
Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without prior written consent.
(Please note that raw footage is valued at 50% of entire production value).
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary props on shoot days, and are well prepared for video coaching sessions.
Clients are expected to actively participate, engage, and implement the strategies discussed during sessions.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide high-quality coaching and video services, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results should you fail to meet guidelines and deliverables set during the engagement.
We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from technical issues caused by the social media platforms.
Amendments and Updates
These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
