Welcome to Consultridge the on-demand creative engine powering modern brands and visionary leaders. Like Uber and Amazon, we simplify access to high-quality service at scale delivering content and strategy with speed, precision, and clarity. Consultridge operates as a product-based company, not a service-based one. This means our engagements are time-sensitive and structured around clearly defined deliverables. To maintain efficiency, we require timely responses from clients especially during the editing and approval phases. Delays in feedback or approvals may impact the project timeline and can incur additional costs, as extended timelines affect our production capacity. We kindly ask that clients honour these timeframes just as we commit to delivering promptly. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions:
1. Our Services
Consultridge empowers brands, founders, and creatives with premium content strategy and video execution. We offer two project options:
With Strategic Input: Includes creative direction, logistical planning, and technical consultancy during pre-production.
Without Strategic Input: Clients supply their own direction and take full responsibility for outcomes.
Clients who opt out of our creative input and strategy assume full liability for the performance, direction, and creative quality of final deliverables.
2. Booking and Scheduling
How to Book: All sessions must be scheduled via our website or approved booking platform.
Availability: Provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Unconfirmed sessions will not be reserved.
Client Readiness: You are responsible for arriving prepared with necessary materials, scripts, and team members.
3. Payment Terms
Initial Deposit (50%): Non-refundable. Confirms your booking and secures your production slot.
Second Payment (25%): Due within 24 hours post-shoot. Editing begins only once this is paid. First pay, first edit.
Final Payment (25%): Due before final delivery of assets.
Late Payments:
A 3% weekly late fee applies to all overdue payments.
This policy exists because we work with a distributed international team, and delays in payments can affect FX transfers, production schedules, and the timely compensation of creatives. Ensuring punctual payments protects both project delivery and the quality of service we offer.
Refunds: All payments are non-refundable. Your booking reserves production time and resources that are immediately committed to your project.
4. Revisions
What’s Included: 2 rounds of revisions + 1 final master.
Feedback Window: Clients must provide feedback within 48 hours of receiving drafts. Delayed feedback may require reactivation fees and affect final delivery timelines.
Additional Revisions: £75/hour or quoted per request.
5. Raw Footage
Raw footage remains the property of Consultridge.
Buyout Option: Available at 50% of total project fee. Includes raw file delivery.
Storage Policy: Raw files are stored for 14 days post-final delivery. Retrieval requests beyond this may incur a reactivation or archival fee.
6. Rescheduling & Cancellation
72-Hour Notice: Required to cancel or reschedule.
No-Shows or Late Cancellations: Will forfeit the initial deposit.
Rescheduling Window: Must occur within 14 days of the original booking, subject to availability.
7. Project Termination
By Client: May terminate with written notice, but no refunds will be granted.
By Consultridge: We reserve the right to cancel projects due to delays, lack of responsiveness, misconduct, or breach of contract.
Pro-Rated Payment: Payment is required for all work completed up to the date of termination.
8. Creative Strategy (Optional Add-On)
Clients may engage Consultridge for creative input and strategic planning, which includes:
Storyboarding
Location and logistics planning
Technical support for shoot setup
Scripting and performance direction
Rates:
£500/day or £300/half-day
This service is included in projects where creative direction is agreed as part of the scope. If not selected, clients are fully responsible for the creative outcome and shoot execution.
9. Confidentiality
All client content, concepts, strategies, and deliverables are treated as confidential and will not be disclosed or used without written consent.
10. Non-Solicitation & Team Protection
Clients may not engage, hire, or solicit any employee, contractor, or freelancer of Consultridge for professional services outside our agreement for 24 months post-project without written consent.
Breach of this clause will result in legal action and an immediate penalty of £10,000.
11. Intellectual Property & Licensing
Final deliverables remain property of Consultridge until full payment is received.
Clients are granted usage rights as defined in project scope.
Reuse or redistribution outside agreed scope requires written permission.
Internal frameworks, training materials, and production tools remain the exclusive IP of Consultridge.
12. Client Responsibilities
Timely Communication: Clients must respond to feedback and approval requests within stated windows.
Scope Adherence: Any requests outside the agreed scope will require a new quote.
Preparedness: Clients must ensure the necessary team, assets, and materials are ready before production.
13. Limitation of Liability
Consultridge is not liable for:
Platform or algorithm changes
Force majeure (weather, illness, global events)
Client delay or non-responsiveness
Third-party vendors
Liability is strictly limited to the total fee paid by the client.
14. Amendments
Consultridge reserves the right to amend these terms. Revisions will be updated on our website and sent to active clients if required.
15. Content Classifications
Short-Form: Content up to 90 seconds.
Long-Form: Content over 90 seconds.
16. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be settled exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
